5) Qualification Criteria (must comply to all the criteria that follows):

Only eligible for Net New Deal Registration from 1^st Nov 2016 onwards, or existing deal registration between stages 1 and 3 (both inclusive)

The Partners’ PO must reach Pure Storage distributors no later than 25^th Dec 2016 with minimum transfer price to distributor of 50k USD

The End User Customer within the deal/transaction/PO must be a Net New Customer to Pure Storage (NNL)

The Business Partner must be within the list of P3 Partners
